For those who missed us last month at the Premium Buyers Group Conference, Cendyn Ovations was delighted to join the likes of fellow leaders in ticket management. Our Director of Operations, Ryan Greene, led a breakout session called “Measuring the Success of Your Ticket Management Program” where strategies for implementing, operating and measuring a ticket management program were discussed.

  • Compliance – Meet internal and external requirements. Your compliance team should be with you every step of the way to ensure there is complete buy-in of the program.
  • Operate – Gain valuable insights and create more efficiency within your team.
  • Measure – Streamline processes and decrease cost. Are you capturing the desired information?

 

 

We provided attendees with core strategies to maximize their ticket program and increase ROI. We covered such topics as:

  • How to make your program work – Determine your usage priorities. Are you asking for the right information?
  • Measuring the program – The measurement of ROI will be dependent on your specific goals and how you use the data you are capturing.
  • Factors affecting usage – Event type, ticket types, event occurrence, etc.
  • Ideas for increasing usage/maximizing ROI – Personal use for unused tickets, employee incentives, charity ticket donation
  • Impact of mobile tickets – Mobile inventory allows for greater flexibility for last minute requests, allows for quicker delivery of tickets, and reduces shipping costs.

 

Cendyn Ovations also helped facilitate a group discussion on the challenges of ticket management. It was beneficial to conduct an intimate discussion because we found that many industry leaders have similar nuisances due to the ever-changing ticketing world.
