- How did you get to this role? Why did you want to get into the ticket industry? I started working for Cendyn a little over 5 ½ years ago and before that I had worked in the ticket industry for 12 years. I have always enjoyed going to concerts and following all of my favorite sports teams (Go MSU!). Working in the ticket industry seemed like a good fit.
- What do you do for your clients? I manage and help configure my clients websites. Each day I create their inventory, events, processing orders and special orders, run reports and any other tasks asked of me.
- What attracted you to Cendyn Ovations? The great team I get to work with.
- What is the most surprising thing about working in corporate ticketing? The cost of tickets and how the ticketing world has changed to e-tickets/mobile.
- What is something you learned about the industry, business, or role in your time at Cendyn Ovations? Building relationships with my clients and how important it is to work as a team.
- Favorite Cendyn Ovations moment: Having our team Friday Coffee chats.
- What is your outlook on live events? After a year and a half spent at home, people are more than ready to attend concerts, festivals and sporting events. So far it looks like they’re doing their best to make up for lost time. I think concerts will probably see the highest demand because people have been able to watch sports even if you can’t be there.
- Most memorable concert or sporting event? I don’t have a favorite but love going to a Braves game with my family.
